Terms and Conditions for Guest House "Ragakrasts"

By making a reservation at the "Ragakrasts" holiday complex, the guest agrees to the following house rules, safety regulations, and booking policies.

1. Booking and Payment

• Minimum Stay: The minimum stay at the holiday complex is 2 (two) nights.
• Reservation Fee (Deposit): To confirm a booking, a prepayment of 20% of the total reservation amount is required. The reservation is considered confirmed only after the bank transfer has been received. Important: In the event of a cancellation, this deposit (20%) is non-refundable.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance for the reservation must be paid in full no later than 1 (one) week prior to the scheduled arrival date.

2. Check-in, Check-out, and Guest Capacity

• Check-in: From 16:00.
• Check-out: By 12:00.
• Guest Capacity: Only the exact number of guests specified in the reservation is permitted to stay in the cabins and on the premises. Unregistered guests or visitors are allowed on the property only with prior permission from the hosts.

3. House Rules

• Quiet Hours: Out of respect for all guests seeking a peaceful retreat, quiet hours are observed on the property from 22:00 to 09:00. Exceptions for special occasions are possible only by prior arrangement with the hosts.
• Pet Policy: To ensure a comfortable and tranquil atmosphere for all visitors, pets are not allowed on the guest house premises.
• Smoking Ban: Smoking (including e-cigarettes, vapes, and IQOS/heated tobacco products) is strictly prohibited inside all guest house buildings. Any violation of this indoor smoking ban will result in a penalty of EUR 150 to cover the costs of deep cleaning the premises. Smoking is permitted only outdoors, using the designated ashtrays provided.

4. Safety and Liability

• Fire Safety: Fire safety regulations must be strictly observed throughout the property. Campfires may only be lit in specially designated and established campfire areas. Grills and campfires must never be left unattended. Bringing or burning candles (including tea lights) and pyrotechnics/fireworks inside the cabins is strictly prohibited.
• Personal Safety: The owners of the holiday complex assume no liability for personal injuries or accidents. Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their children on the property, including when using the playground, sauna, hot tub, bicycles, and water sports equipment. Children must never be left unattended near the water.
• Property Damage (Material Liability): Guests are fully financially liable for any damage caused by their actions (or the actions of their visitors) to the guest house buildings, inventory, or property. Any damage must be reported to the hosts immediately.
• Personal Belongings: The hosts assume no financial responsibility for guests' personal belongings left in the cabins, on the terraces, or inside vehicles.

5. Cabin Amenities and Property Grounds
The holiday complex spans a spacious 8,000 $m^2$ area and features 7 cabins (with a total capacity of up to 32 guests).

• Standard Amenities: Each cabin is equipped with free Wi-Fi, a toilet, a shower, towels, shampoo, a refrigerator, a stove, kitchen utensils, blankets, and mosquito repellent. A grill with a grate is available at each cabin.
• Accessibility (Guests with Disabilities): Cabin No. 5 in the Green Cabins area is specially adapted for guests with disabilities. It is equipped with an access ramp, an accessible toilet and shower, and two 80 cm wide beds.
• Amenities for Children: A high chair and a travel cot can be provided free of charge, subject to advanced notice and availability.

6. Outdoor Activities and Additional Services

• Sauna and Hot Tub: For guests staying 3 nights or more, one session in the sauna or hot tub is included free of charge (prior scheduling/booking is required).
• Water Equipment: For stays of at least 3 nights, guests have free access to SUP boards and kayaks.
• Bicycles: Three bicycles are available on-site (two for adults and one for teenagers).
• Electric Vehicles (EV): EV charging is available on-site by prior arrangement.

7. Personal Data Processing and Video Surveillance

• Data Processing: By making a reservation, the guest consents to the processing of their personal data (first name, last name, contact information) for the purpose of completing the booking and fulfilling legal accounting requirements.
• Video Surveillance: For your personal safety and the security of the property, video surveillance is active in the outdoor areas of the complex in accordance with applicable legislation.
